1. What is your usual turnaround time?

Ans: Most orders generally take between 5 - 10 business days after file approval.

2. How many corrections can we make to the artwork?

Ans: The first initial change will be free of charge. For every change after that, there will be a fee per adjustment / change.

3. Where do you operate from?

Ans: We are working out of the greater area of New York aka Long Island.

4.  What are your operating hours?

Ans: Monday – Friday 9:30a – 5:30p
